Hailing from Canada, Jennifer has made Porto her home — inspired by its rich culture, gastronomy, wine, and way of life. With a background in travel, hospitality, and event coordination, she personally manages guest communication, designs custom itineraries, and oversees the many details behind the scenes that ensure each experience unfolds seamlessly. With a thoughtful and attentive approach, she creates experiences that feel personal, smooth, and carefully tailored to each guest.

Born and raised in Porto, Miguel brings a lifetime of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, including more than 15 years with the prestigious six-star Crystal Cruises. He personally leads and guides many of the experiences, sharing his deep knowledge of Portuguese culture, gastronomy, and wine with warmth and quiet professionalism. His attentive approach and natural ease with guests ensure each experience feels effortless, engaging, and genuinely memorable.
